- Makai Atta 2-3 Tbsp
- asli Ghee 1/4 Cup
- onion 1 Sliced .
- garlic 4 - 6 Cloves Crushed
- white Zeera 1 Tspboil Them Tgether


- boil All These Together Till Done Then Blend To A Puree
- sarson Saag 1/2 Kg
- palak 1 Small Bunch
- methi 2-3 Small Bunch
- green Chillies 6-8
- salt 1 Tsp
- garlic 1 Tsp
- water 1 Cup
- tomato 1-2
- onian 1 Sliced

Instructions

Boil all above then blend to a fine puree, add in Makai flour and mix. Heat ghee, add sliced onion, garlic and fry till light brown then add the pureed saag and keep stiring continuously till done. Put in a serving dish with knob of Asli ghee or Butter.
