Dried Apricot And Almond Chutney

- 1 Cup Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 110 Gms Dried Apricots
- salt To Taste
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Almonds Blanched
- 1/2 Cup Whole Dried Red Chillies
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 50 Gms Dates
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Instructions

Soak all the ingredients except, oil, tomato ketchup and vinegar and let it steep overnight. In the morning add the oil and tomato ketchup. Blend the mixture to a smooth paste or chutney. Store in a bottle and refrigerate.
