- Mutton Chops 1 Kg
- potatoes L/2 Kg Boiled And Mashed With Salt And Pepper To Taste
- green Chillies 2
- cinnamon 4 Inch Piece
- cloves 4
- bay Leaf 1
- ginger Chopped 1 Tbsp
- garlic Chopped 3 Cloves
- eggs 2-3
- bread Crumbs 4-5 Tbsp
- onion 1 Chopped
- salt 1 Tspoil
- mint Chutney

mint Leaves 2 Tbsp
- coriander Leaves 2 Tbsp
- kairi 1 Peeled And Chopped
- ginger 2 Inch Piece
- sugar 1 Tsp
- green Chilli 4
- salt To Taste (all Ingredients Ground To Paste)

Instructions

Boil chops with green chilly, Cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, chopped ginger / garlic and salt till tender. Discard the whole spices. Coat the chops with mint chutney and then with mashed potatoes. Beat the eggs and dip the coated chops in beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry and serve hot with tomato chutney or ketchup
