- 500 Gms Fish Whole -
1 Tbsp Ginger / Garlic -
1 Tbsp Red Chilly Powder -
6 Green Chillies Chopped -
l Tsp Salt -
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves Chopped -
l Tbsp White Cummin Seeds -
l/4 Cup Lemon Juice -
l/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder -
l/2 Cup Oil + Oil For Shallow Frying -
2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds Coarsely Ground
Instructions
Clean the fish and make a
few slits on both sides and set it aside. Mix all the other ingredients, except
the oil. Rub 1 tbsp. of this mixture all over the fish. Shallow fry the fish in
very littie oil. Remove and keep aside on a warm plate. Heat the remaining oil,
fry the balance mixture for 5 minutes. Do not let it brown. Cover the fish with
this masala mixture and serve hot. |
