- Mash Ki Dal Ka Atta 250 Gm
water As Required 1- 1&1/4 Cup
soda 2 Tsp Leveled
curd Whipped 1 - 1&1/2 Kg
chat Masala 1 Tsp
kuti Hui Lal Mirch 1 Tsp
coriander And Green Chillies Chopped
Take Atta in a bowl and add
1 cup of water. Then make it into a thick paste. Now add in soda and again add
about 1/4 cup water and mix well. Again it should be like a thick paste. Wet
your hands and make into patty shape and deep fry on low flame. Remove and leave
them to cool completely. Then dip them in cold water with 3 tsp salt for an
hour. Remove from water and slightly press and spread them in a serving dish.
Finally pour curd on top and decorate top with chopped green chillies, coriander
leaves, chat masala and Kuti hui lal mirch.
