- 1 & 1/2 Litres Milk
1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
1/2 Cup Rice Soaked For 4 Hours
1/2 Tsp Kewra1/2 Cup Khoya
almonds And Pistas Slivered For Garnishing
1 Cup Sugar
Boil the milk. Drain the
rice and add milk. Continue cooking for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, add
khoya. When the rice is tender add sugar and keep stirring. Cook till kheer is
thick, and the rice is tender and well mixed. Add the cardamom powder and kewra.
Cool and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle the nuts and lay the warq on top.
